Device Locked - Forgot Your Unlock Code

Forgetting your unlock code is common, and there are solutions to get your device working again.

Most Phothera devices use the factory default code: "0007", if that doesn’t work, try the second default code of “0205”. 

Unlock steps:

For DT Controllers (100, 100XL, 200, 200XL, 400, 600):

1. Press any button - display shows "C0dE"
2. Press LEFT ARROW to display 00 00
3. Enter unlock code using UP ARROW button (usually "0007")
4. Use LEFT/RIGHT ARROWS to move between digits
5. Press PLAY/PAUSE when the code is correct
6. Success = screen shows "00:00"

For ClearLink Controllers (200, 400, 600, 600-3D):

1. Tap blank screen - Phothera logo appears
2. Tap logo - lock screen with keypad appears
3. Enter unlock code using number keypad (usually "0007")
4. Press Enter key (arrow pointing right)
5. Success = main menu appears

If the unlock doesn't work:

• Try default code "0007" or "0205" one more time
• Check for the orange label on the device with the correct code 
• Look in the documentation for the written codes
• If device is still locked, use this FORM to contact Phothera's service and select the following options: Patient > Current patient > My device is locked...
