Essential Information:

  • Date and time of each treatment
  • Treatment duration (minutes and seconds)
  • Skin response 24 hours later
  • Any side effects or unusual reactions
  • Missed treatments and reasons
  • Changes in medications or health status


Skin Response Scale:

  • 0: No visible response
  • 1: Slight pinkness (barely visible)
  • 2: Light pink (ideal response)
  • 3: Moderate pink/red
  • 4: Dark red or burning
  • 5: Blistering or severe reaction


Device-Specific Tracking:

DT Controller Devices:

  • Manual recording - You track all information
