Your Phothera Device Warranty Coverage
Phothera offers a limited warranty policy for both new and remanufactured devices as well as lamps.
Standard Warranty Coverage:
- All Phothera devices include a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship in line with device specifications during the warranty period.
What's Covered: During the warranty period, Phothera will repair or replace defective systems or components at no charge to you. Coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures under normal use
- Qualified service technician repairs
Product Warranty Periods:
- New Equipment: 1 year
- Remanufactured Equipment: 90 days
- Lamps: 90 days.
Warranty Repairs & Shipping
During the warranty period, Phothera may repair or replace defective equipment with new or remanufactured parts. Phothera may require the return of the product for inspection and will determine if it is covered under warranty.
- First 3 months: Phothera covers shipping both ways (within the continental USA).
- After 3 months: Customer pays inbound shipping; Phothera pays return shipping.
- All items ship via ground unless otherwise arranged with Phothera.
- Phothera is not responsible for shipping delays.
Important Warranty Conditions:
- Only qualified technicians authorized by Phothera may perform warranty service
- Warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or maintenance are performed
- Phothera reserves the right to bill for non-covered service calls
- Any work done without prior approval or guidance from an authorized Phothera technician may void the warranty.
