Applies to: All Phothera's devices (100, 100XL, 200, 200XL, 400, 600, 600-3D)
What's in Your Box:
- Your Phothera device with protective packaging
- Power cord (appropriate for your region)
- UV protection goggles (Super Sunnies or equivalent)
- User manual and quick start guide
- Warranty registration card
- Device stand or positioning accessories (model-dependent)
Device-Specific Components
Handheld Devices (100, 100XL):
- Comb attachment for scalp treatments
Standing Units (400, 600, 600-3D):
- Feet and stabilizer bars (when required)
- Floor protection pads (for 600 and 600-3D units)
- Assembly hardware
Desktop Units (200, 200XL, HF):
- Desktop stand or mounting hardware (optional accessory that is ordered separately)
Before You Begin
- Inspect packaging - Check for any shipping damage
- Verify contents - Ensure all components are present using the packing list provided with your shipment
- Check for damage - Look for cracks in glass, bent components, or loose parts
- Read safety warnings - Review all safety information in the user manual before assembly
- Prepare workspace - Clear, stable surface for assembly and operation
If Anything is Missing or Damaged
- Stop assembly immediately
- Contact customer service within 48 hours - use the following FORM and select the following options: Patient > I am a new patient > My device has a missing part...
- Keep all packaging for potential return
- Take photos of any damage for documentation
- Do not attempt to use the equipment
Assembly Safety
- Never force components - All parts should fit together easily
- Check stability - Ensure all connections are secure before use
- Verify power requirements - Match voltage requirements to your electrical system
- Test basic functions - Power on and basic operation before first treatment
